We understand the complexity of the adoption process
and are here to help birth families, adoptive families and children.


For Expectant Parents:

During your pregnancy

Adoption Priorities, Inc. can assist you in determining if adoption is right for you and your baby. We will explain your options (parenting or adoption) and help you decide which is best for you.

If you do chose to place your baby for adoption, we will help determine what services you might need. You may be able to receive services including transportation, housing, food, clothing, education and counseling. We will help you plan your delivery and birth if you would like. You will also have access to our attorney concering any questions you may have about the legal aspect of adoption.

After the Birth

We will continue to help you up to six to eight weeks after the delivery to ensure your health and well-being. We will always be available for counseling and education and will keep you up to date on the progress of your child.

For Adoptive Families:

Pre-Adoption Services

Adoption Priorities, Inc. can assist you in determining which type of adoption is right for your family and help you determine the type of child you wish to adopt. Whether you choose domestic or international adoption or adoption through the foster care system, we can help you with every step of the process. Our homestudy services include in person support groups for local families as well as online support groups. We also provide education classes specific to prepare you for your parenting adventure.

Post-Adoption Services

Adoption Priorities, Inc. is invested in helping your family adjust to the changes after you adopt. We will assist with required post-placement reports as well as provide you with resources to ensure a proper adjustment to your new life! Our support services such as continuing education and support groups, are always available to our clients even after they adopt!

For Adopted Children:

Adoption Priorities, Inc. provides support to children through counseling and counseling referrals. We will monitor the placement of the child to ensure the child's safety and well-being prior to the adoption consummation and, in the case of international adoption, after the consummation. We are available to talk to families at anytime.

Adoption Priorities, Inc. maintains our adoption case files and records forever so an adopted person may come to us and seek their private adoption information.

For adult adoptees who may be interested in searching for biological family, we have resources available to help them in that search.
